16-year-old boy critically injured after stabbing during fight in Brampton

A 16-year-old boy is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was stabbed during a fight in a Brampton residential neighbourhood late Friday night.

At around 10:30 p.m., paramedics arrived at Heggie Rd. in the area of Queen St. E. and Hwy. 410 and found the victim with stab wounds. He was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital.

A spokesperson for Toronto Paramedic Services said the stabbing occurred during a fight that involved 50 people.
