A woman sustained life-threatening injuries after she was struck by a vehicle in Brampton Thursday evening.
Peel police said they received the call little before 6 p.m. for a female pedestrian hit by a vehicle near Creditview and James Potter Rds.
Paramedics said the woman was taken to a trauma centre in critical condition.
Police have shut down James Potter Rd. between Creditview Rd. and Bonavista Dr. for an investigation.
