How to submit a request
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your WWWHive account. Include your account email and workspace name, but never send your password, API key, or another secret.
What the request covers
After verification, we will remove your account access and personal profile data where permitted. Workspace or store records may require owner authorization, ownership transfer, or continued retention for other authorized members.
Verification and timing
We verify identity and workspace authority before deletion to prevent unauthorized loss. We will acknowledge the request, explain any required steps, and confirm when processing is complete.
Retention and subscriptions
Cancel any active subscription before requesting deletion. Security, fraud-prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or audit records may be retained for the required period and restricted from ordinary use. Applicable service providers will be instructed to delete data when required.
