Data we process
We may process account details, store configuration, signed event payloads, customer or cart identifiers, consent signals, service logs, and Stripe customer references needed to provide and secure the service.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, isolate merchant workspaces, ingest store events, prepare merchant-approved AI tasks, provide support, prevent abuse, and measure service reliability. WWWHive does not sell personal information.
Service providers and safeguards
We use access controls, tenant scoping, encryption in transit, and restricted server-side credentials. Providers such as Clerk, Stripe, hosting, database, and optional AI services process only the data needed for their configured function.
Retention, choices, and requests
Data is retained only while needed for service, security, legal, or accounting purposes. Merchants must pass lawful consent and suppression signals. Access, correction, export, or deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
